The Quantum Hackathon at SESAME is an innovative, collaborative event bringing together researchers, engineers, students, and innovators to explore cutting-edge applications of quantum technologies. This initiative is jointly organized by SESAME (Synchrotron-light for Experimental Science and Applications in the Middle East), CERN, and the Open Quantum Institute (OQI).
Objectives:
- Promote awareness and understanding of quantum technologies.
- Encourage collaboration between regional and international scientific communities.
- Address real-world challenges using quantum computing and related approaches.
- Build capacity in the Middle East and beyond for quantum innovation
