How to apply

Please, proceed with the following simple steps:

Fill out the application form and submit it. Ask your Professor or your Supervisor to write a Reference Letter, written on official letterhead, confirming the academic and research information provided with the application form. Send a digital copy of the signed letter to rossana.chiaratti@pd.infn.it.

Applications are for the entire programme. It is not possible to register for part of it.

Deadline for applications: 15 December 2025

Selection of participants

The number of participants is limited to 30.

Selection of the participants will be carried out by the Selection Committee and participants will be informed of the outcome of their applications at the latest by Mid of January 2026.

limited number of fellowships will be granted based on fund and sponsership avialbility. Applicants are encouraged to propose and justify thier names being selected, such as undergraduate students, PhD students, or early-career researchers. Women are strongly encouraged to apply, as special consideration will be given to their cases (if they are shortlisted with competitive applications) due to the availability of a limited dedicated fund for supporting women who are engaged in science.
