Dear Colleagues,
In light of the current situation in the region, we would like to provide you with an update regarding the 18th International Luminescence and Electron Spin Resonance Dating Conference (LED2026).
The local organizing committee is closely monitoring the situation on the ground and has decided to proceed with preparations for the conference cautiously at this time. Therefore, we warmly encourage you to submit your abstracts through the LED2026 website. To allow for additional flexibility during this period, the abstract submission deadline has been extended to 31st March.
At this stage, the local organizing committee advises participants to refrain from making any non-refundable travel or accommodation payments, and delay the conference registration payments. The registration and submission of abstracts are currently possible without payment. For those who completed the payment, refunding will be possible in case of cancellation. The safety and well-being of all participants remain our highest priority.
We are closely monitoring developments and will provide regular updates regarding the conference arrangements. Should any changes to the format or schedule become necessary, they will be communicated promptly.
We sincerely appreciate your understanding and continued support, and we look forward to your abstract submissions and participation in LED2026.
With best regards,
The LED2026 Organizing Committee
