Please take note of the following important dates for the Quantum Hackathon – SESAME 2026:

Registration Opens — August 16, 2026
- Selected Participants for Pre-Hackathon — on Monday, 31 August.
- Pre-Hackathon Training Starts — on Tuesday, 1 September 2026 (applications received after 31 August 2026 16:00 Amman Time, will not be considered for pre-hackathon).

Registration Closes — Septemper 28, 2026

Selected Participants Announced — October 5, 2026
The training material will be self-paced, with three online Q&A sessions with QWorld on:
- 1 September 2026
- 8 September 2026
- 15 September 2026
All Q&A sessions with QWorld will start at 18:00 Amman time (17:00 CEST).
- Quantum Hackathon at SESAME — November 5–7, 2026
Selected participants are expected to take part in the pre-hackathon training activities to prepare for the challenges and become familiar with the quantum computing tools and platforms that will be used during the event.
